What you tell us stays with us.

This website is operated by Liminal Creative Agency, LLC (“liminal”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company at 1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801. Questions about this policy go to hello@liminalcreative.agency.

What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive what you type into it: your name, email address, company, the kind of project, a budget range and your message. When you email or call us, we receive what you send.

What we do not collect. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of your visit.

Questions you ask the assistant and the live demos. The assistant on our home page and the live demos on this site, such as AI Staff, send what you type to our AI provider so it can be answered. We keep what you type and what we answered, so we can see what people ask us and make the answers better. We keep it for up to a year, we do not sell or share it, and it goes to nobody outside liminal except the AI provider that answers the request. It is stored against a one-way scrambled form of your network address, never the address itself, and never against your name. Please don't type anything into a demo that you would not put in an email. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Server logs. Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability. We do not use them to identify you.

We use what you send us for one purpose: to answer you, and, if we work together, to run the engagement. That includes replying, scheduling a conversation, preparing a proposal and keeping ordinary business records.

We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Only the service providers that make this site and our email work: our hosting provider, which serves the site; our email providers, which carry a form submission to our inbox and keep our mail; and our AI provider, which answers questions put to the assistant and the live demos. They handle it on our behalf and for no other purpose.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

We keep an inquiry for as long as we are talking, and afterwards for as long as ordinary business records require. If you would like yours deleted, ask and we will delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@liminalcreative.agency and we will answer within thirty days.

We protect what you send with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections to this site. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so please don’t send us anything through the form that you would not send by email.

Children. This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Links. Our case studies link to sites we built for clients. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one does not cover them.

Changes. If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the effective date above.
